- Lead and coordinate all Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (EHS) activities across FORI Automation projects, ensuring legal compliance, customer requirements, and safe execution of work at client facilities throughout Europe.
- Manage and maintain the company's Occupational Risk Prevention and EHS processes.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish and European H&S regulations.
- Prepare and review risk assessments, safety plans and preventive measures for projects.
- Support project teams during installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.
- Coordinate EHS requirements with clients, contractors and subcontractors.
- Conduct inspections, audits and incident investigations.
- Deliver safety training and awareness initiatives.
- Monitor corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
- Support environmental compliance and documentation requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Risk Prevention or EHS roles.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Experience managing customer and contractor safety requirements.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations
- Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics/Psychosociology).
- Strong knowledge of Spanish and European H&S legislation.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001; ISO 14001 is a plus.
- Advanced Spanish and English.
- Availability to travel frequently within Spain and Europe.
