About the role
We are looking for a commercially driven and technically skilled sales professional to grow our Hygiene business in Central and Western Spain.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our presence within industries with high hygiene standards, particularly food processing and related sectors. You will combine technical understanding with strong commercial drive to deliver value-based solutions to our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and grow the assigned sales territory in Central and Western Spain
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new ones
- Promote and sell hygiene equipment, machines, and technical solutions
- Visit customers on-site to understand production environments and hygiene processes
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Coordinate customer needs with internal teams (sales, engineering, service, production)
- Support market development and identify new business opportunities within relevant industries
Your profile
- Commercial or technical background (vocational or academic)
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within machinery, equipment or industrial solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, self-driven, and proactive way of working
- Solid technical understanding and curiosity
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region
- Ability to perform basic hands-on tasks, including simple troubleshooting and minor adjustments on equipment
Nice to have
- Experience from the food processing industry or other sectors with high hygiene requirements
Languages
- Spanish: native or fluent
- English: good written and spoken level
