We’re looking for an HR Manager (HRBP) to act as a strategic business partner, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. In this role, you will drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent initiatives within a dynamic industrial environment. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.
Your role, your impact
- Translate business strategy and objectives into effective HR action plans and people initiatives
- Act as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to management teams on organizational, people and leadership matters
- Support organizational design and lead change management initiatives
- Drive the implementation of labour relations strategies and employee relations programs
- Lead workforce planning activities, defining staffing and resourcing needs
- Ensure the successful deployment of key people processes, including Performance Management, Salary Reviews, STI schemes and People Reviews
- Maintain the accuracy and quality of HR information systems and people data
- Lead payroll processes and oversee time and attendance management
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management, quality and business functions, solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Up-to-date knowledge of labour legislation
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role within an industrial environment
- Strong HR generalist experience, particularly in payroll management
- Experience in labour relations is highly desirable
- Experience working within matrix organizations
- Strong business acumen and customer orientation
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with senior managers and leadership teams
