We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team in our newly established office in Madrid, Spain. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.
As part of our growing team in Madrid, you will be responsible for further expanding Teltonika's Telematics business in Spain, working with both prospective and existing customers across a variety of industries.
Teltonika's Telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Sales Representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive product knowledge, and generate considerable earnings.
In this role, you will:

Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities.

Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.

Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.

Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika Telematics and its products with solutions.

Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

Build and maintain a CRM database.
What we expect of you:

2–3 years of proven excellence in a Sales Specialist, Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or relevant sales role with B2B selling experience.

Native or highly fluent Spanish and good English language skills (both spoken and written).

Ambition to generate substantial earnings by expanding Teltonika's presence in the Spanish market with innovative products.

Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication skills.

Spanish driving licence.

Willingness to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.
