Your role
As a Digital Product Manager – Operations & Supply Chain Planning (E2E), you will own the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of digital products that support our global Operations and Supply Chain Planning processes. Sitting within our IT organization, you will be responsible for delivering business-driven, scalable, and integrated digital solutions across planning, manufacturing, and supply chain execution.
Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, you will translate business needs into product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs while ensuring technical feasibility, integration, and alignment with our enterprise architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize planning capabilities, and deliver measurable business value through innovative technology solutions.

About you
You are a technically minded Product Manager with a passion for digital transformation and supply chain innovation. You combine strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical architecture, enabling you to bridge the gap between business needs and IT delivery.
You have experience managing digital products or complex IT initiatives in global environments and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, from business leaders to architects and development teams. You thrive in Agile environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and focus on delivering scalable solutions that create tangible business value.
You will bring:
- A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital supply chain, IT product management, or technical project management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP IBP, S&OP, MRP, or similar Advanced Planning Systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing global cross-functional initiatives.
- An understanding of system integrations, APIs, enterprise architecture, and scalable digital solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity for emerging technologies, and a continuous improvement mentality.
