NOC Operators support 24x7x365 frontline operations by performing monitoring, event triage, Tier-1 troubleshooting, and escalations across client, network, satellite, cloud, and data center environments.

Monitor client's operations 24x7 using approved tools across network, servers, storage, satellite/RF, data center facilities, security devices, public cloud (Azure/AWS), Microsoft 365, and application platforms

Perform event handling, alert monitoring, and alarm triage

Deliver Tier-1 troubleshooting in accordance with approved SOPs

Escalate incidents to Supervisors, Managers, Tier-2 teams, or external providers as required

Support incident, major incident, and security incident management processes

Carry out routine operational tasks, system checks, and verifications

Maintain accurate incident records within UN ITSM / CRM systems

Contribute to shift reports, incident reporting, and change-related updates

Ensure smooth shift handover with a mandatory 15-minute overlap

Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC / ICT Operations

ITIL Foundation (v3 or ITIL 4)

Cisco CCNA

English proficiency: CEFR B2+
