As our new Public Sector CSM, you will play a key role in supporting public sector customers and internal sales teams throughout the procurement lifecycle. You will ensure quotations, proposals, and procurement documentation are prepared accurately and delivered on time, contributing to an outstanding customer experience.
Working closely with Business Development Managers, procurement teams, partners, and public sector stakeholders, you will coordinate tender activities, framework agreements, and day-to-day account administration. Your work will help government organizations navigate procurement processes efficiently while supporting strategic business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong working relationships with public sector customers, procurement contacts, partners, and internal teams.

Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for public sector opportunities.

Coordinate documentation for tenders, framework agreements, and public procurement processes, ensuring compliance with requirements.

Partner with Business Development Managers to support account development and public sector sales initiatives.

Maintain accurate customer records, contractual documentation, and procurement-related information.

Support order processing and respond proactively to customer and partner requests.

Monitor procurement timelines, documentation requirements, and key submission deadlines.

Contribute to RFI, RFP, and public tender responses while continuously developing knowledge of procurement practices, licensing programmes, and technology solutions.

Essential:

Fluency in Spanish and English.

Valid authorization to work in Spain.

Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while working to deadlines.

Experience preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, or procurement-related documentation.
Desirable:

Experience supporting public sector customers or government organisations.

Familiarity with public procurement, tender management, framework agreements, CRM platforms, or technology licensing environments.
