Job Summary
The Senior Global Rewards Manger oversees the design, implementation and management of Swissport Global Rewards Strategy, assuring the company complies with local legal requirements, while keeping internal equity and external competitiveness. Lead all initiatives related to salary structure, short and long term incentives, benefits, international mobility and market analysis.
The role collaborates with different stakeholders within the company, specially with other HR colleagues, Finance and other Regional leads to align company policies and strategies with business targets, supporting the attraction and retention of key talent.
Job Responsibilities:

Review and recommend enhancements for global compensation philosophy and strategy.

Prepare analyses and presentation materials for Head of Rewards CoE/CPO/NRC.

Lead new rewards initiatives as well as ongoing programs, e.g.:

Annual bonus review and payout at global level

Annual merit process Global guidance and framework

Short term and Long Term Incentives
-
Development and maintenance of global Job Architecture, pay bands, rewards tools, manuals, governance, guidelines and trainings.

Global Benefit Management

Point of contact for Regional HRBPs and Country HR Team, supporting on all the subjects related to Global Rewards, advising on local challenges and guiding on global framework compliance.

Advise local teams applying global frameworks and potential risks/unconsistencies with local legal requirements.

Provide guidance and recommendations to Recruitment teams, HR Business Partners and leadership across the organization in terms of grading, job descriptions, job titling, and compensation analysis; to support in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality talent from Executive to Station level.

Works closely to TA/TM to ensure a great employee experience cycle from hiring to exit.
- Provide advisory services for regional Rewards CoE’s and HQ on complex cases.

Continuously develop and lead implementation of initiatives that increase operational excellence in all areas of responsibility in terms of structures, processes, rewards plans, governance and guidelines.

Remain current on industry trends, such as European pay transparency regulations, best practices, compliance, new/progressive processes, etc.

Manage vendors in terms of agreements (incl. negotiations in cooperation with Procurement), projects and ad hoc support.

Participate in Total Rewards Surveys with Swissport’s external partner.
Qualifications and Competencies:

University degree in a relevant field and 8-10+ years of relevant work experience in dynamic and high-paced environments, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits.

Fluent / Native in English is a must.
- Expert in Microsoft tools

Knowledge of Mercer IPE Methodology is a plus.

Expertise in designing innovative strategies to serve a variety of employee segments, including executive compensation program design and governance.
- Significant experience in creating and articulating complex strategies, plans and analyses to various types of stakeholders – from Nomination & Remuneration Committee to Local HR.

Significant hands-on experience with data modeling and analysis, as well as global benchmarking as well as financial background.
- Strategic, analytical and financial skills.

Ability to comfortably interact with, and challenge Executive Leadership while remaining accessible to everyone.

Ability to think outside the box, flexibility as well as negotiation skills

Intrinsically motivated self-starter with very strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulation applicable to the position and related to the Global Rewards function.
