We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Strategic Projects Manager to drive critical strategic initiatives across our global services organization. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, lead transformational projects, support strategic decision-making, and enhance business performance across multiple regions.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and project management expertise to deliver initiatives that accelerate growth, improve operational effectiveness, and strengthen our competitive position in the market.
Lead and drive cross functional and global strategic projects to ensure that high performance levels are attained
Lead projects to support growth plans across all the regions of Services: projects include (but not limited to): footprint expansion, market assessment, partnerships, digitalization projects, operational excellence programs, etc.
Benchmark and report on competitor’s business models and major moves
Conduct regular peer firm analysis (League table)
Participate and support the management team in the annual strategic planning and budgeting process
Summarize industry M&A transactions by region and industry
Provide support in leading M&A processes across the Division from ideation to closing
Support in drafting of Board and Executive committee documents
Requirements
Proven experience in strategy, business transformation, corporate development, management consulting, project management, or a similar strategic role.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects in a complex global environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Strong understanding of business financials, investment evaluation, and commercial performance metrics.
Experience creating executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights, High levels of accountability, integrity, and drive for results.
Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate key conclusions effectively.
Collaborative stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across regions and functions.
QlikView/Qlik Sens experience is a plus
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
