For our Sales Company based in MADRID / PINTO , we are looking for an After-Sales Service Leader
Role Description:
The After-Sales Service Leader will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring business profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical background.
Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and timely service assistance.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance and effectiveness of the after-sales service.

Ensure the profitability of the after-sales service business by managing costs and optimizing resources.

Provide technical support and guidance to the team,

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Handle customer complaints and issues

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
