Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Manager to recruit and manage these talents.
- You are responsible for the entire selection process (calls, physical interviews…) and recruitment, including the onboarding of our new consultants
- You also provide the necessary communication and feedback to the candidates and the internal management
- Ensure the relevance between candidates and current open positions
- Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life and internal projects
