We’re looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Madrid! You will be part of the wider Urban Destinations operator division within CBRE Investment Management’s EMEA business, supporting a team of Asset Management professionals responsible for the day-to-day performance of our Urban Destination (Retail & Offices) assets across Iberia.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate investment management, working directly on some of the most distinctive assets in the Iberian market. You’ll provide tactical and operational support across the full asset lifecycle, from leasing and capex to reporting, valuations and repositioning, while developing a strong grounding in how Urban Destination assets create and protect value.
Your key responsibilities: Supporting Asset Managers across the full asset management lifecycle, including:
Asset management activities for CBRE Investment Management's real estate investments in Iberia, including reporting, property management, leasing, capex management, and refurbishments;
Coordinating and liaising with service providers such as property managers, leasing agents, appraisers, insurance companies, and other third parties;
Preparing asset management reports, maintaining the internal database and required documentation for real estate properties;
Contributing to the property valuation process and reviewing valuations for accuracy;
Preparing asset business plans and financial models;
Growing asset value by optimizing net operating income, driving cost-quality improvements, extending, redeveloping, and repositioning properties to increase future value;

Requirements:
A university degree (Master’s level) in Economics, Finance, Investment or Real Estate
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, ideally in real estate, a Big 4 firm or consulting
Fluency in Spanish and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills and a well-developed critical mindset
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to quickly learn and operate industry-specific databases and software
Strong work ethic, ambition and a proactive, independent approach
Self-confidence, a high level of commitment, team spirit and flexibility
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with standard office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Comfortable using AI tools to support daily workflows and improve efficiency
