Ice Cream Shop Team Member – JOHO Ice Paradise
Location: Santa Ponça
Part-time position: 26 hours per week
JOHO Ice Paradise is a self-service soft ice cream concept in Mallorca, where customers create their own ice cream with unlimited toppings. We’re looking for an energetic and positive person to join our Santa Ponça team during the current season.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and assist customers with a friendly attitude
- Refill the soft-serve machines and toppings throughout the day
- Keep the shop clean, organised and welcoming
- Prepare milkshakes, bubble waffles and coffees
- Work with the team to provide an excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Must speak both English and Spanish
- Must live in or close to Santa Ponça
- Positive attitude and good team spirit
- Reliable, punctual and proactive
- Willingness to learn—no previous experience required
- Availability to start immediately

Responsabilidades:
- Atender la caja y ayudar a los clientes con una actitud amable
- Rellenar las máquinas de helado soft y la zona de toppings durante el día
- Mantener la tienda limpia, organizada y acogedora
- Preparar batidos, bubble waffles y cafés
- Colaborar con el equipo para ofrecer una excelente experiencia al cliente
Requisitos:
- Es imprescindible hablar inglés y español
- Es imprescindible vivir en Santa Ponça o cerca
- Actitud positiva y espíritu de equipo
- Persona responsable, puntual y proactiva
- Ganas de aprender—no se requiere experiencia previa
- Disponibilidad para empezar inmediatamente
