You will play a key role in shaping the security systems portfolio in Spain. As Product Manager for Security Systems, you will combine portfolio strategy, business development, and technical and commercial leadership to drive growth across strategic markets such as critical infrastructure, data centers, industry, and defense.
Your mission will be to:

Define and drive Siemens security systems portfolio strategy in Spain, covering CCTV, access control, intrusion, PSIM/VMS and advanced analytics, in alignment with Siemens priorities and local business objectives.

Manage the full lifecycle of the portfolio, from roadmap definition and launch plans to evolution, standardization and phase-out decisions.

Analyze the Spanish market, competitive landscape and technology trends to identify new growth areas, strategic verticals and differentiated use cases.

Act as a business enabler for the sales organization, proactively identifying, shaping and maturing opportunities from early commercial stages, not only as support but as an active contributor to growth.

Support complex offers, public tenders and strategic projects by defining defensible value propositions around integration, innovation, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.

Work closely with sales teams on account plans and growth strategies for priority segments such as critical infrastructures, smart campuses, data centers, industry and defense.

Maintain direct dialogue with customer IT departments to address architecture, integration, cloud, connectivity and cybersecurity topics that are critical to advancing opportunities.

Manage TECOSA’s relationship with Siemens and third-party manufacturers, assess new technologies for portfolio inclusion and contribute to strategic agreements and commercial conditions.

Design and implement go-to-market actions, including presentations, demos, use cases and internal enablement for sales, presales and operations teams.

Collaborate with engineering and operations to define reference architecture, technical standards and best practices, ensuring robust delivery and compliance with applicable regulations.

Promote innovation initiatives in security, including AI, advanced analytics, digital services and recurring business models connected to Siemens platforms such as Building X.
Your success will be supported by:
-
Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a comparable technical discipline.
-
More than 5 years of experience in product management, portfolio management or solution management within the electronic security sector.
-
Proven experience with CCTV/VMS, access control, intrusion systems and integrated security environments, ideally including Siemens solutions or equivalent market platforms.
-
Solid understanding of security systems architectures in on-premise, cloud and hybrid models, as well as their integration with broader IT and OT environments.
-
Ability to engage credibly with customer IT teams on networks, cloud, architecture, cybersecurity policies, connectivity and interoperability in complex environments.
-
Good knowledge of the Spanish regulatory framework applicable to security solutions, including UNE standards, ENS and data protection related requirements.

Strong business orientation and the ability to translate complex technical topics, especially around cybersecurity, IT/OT integration and architecture, into clear and defensible customer messages.

Native-level Spanish and a high level of English communication for interaction with customers, partners and Siemens stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B environments and complex customer projects in the Spanish security market.

Previous exposure to public sector opportunities, tendering processes and regulated environments will be highly valued.

Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to identify, mature and influence commercial opportunities together with sales teams.

Strong analytical capabilities combined with strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

High level of influence and cross-functional leadership across business, technology and operations.
