THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Recepcionist and Office Lead to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining an efficient, well-ordered, and welcoming workspace, combining administrative duties with practical, hands-on tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage deliveries, support engineers, and maintain cleanliness and order within our main office space in Madrid.
To be a fit candidate for his position, you must have a certificate of disability equal to or greater than 33%.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics & Deliveries: Coordinate and oversee deliveries from suppliers and customers, ensuring timely receipt and proper storage.
- General Maintenance: Support the upkeep of the facility, ensuring everything remains in good working condition, maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and organization within the spaces.
- Workplace Comfort & Hospitality: Manage stock levels of coffee, milk, and other refreshments, creating a warm and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and students.
- Events Support: Set up the office for customer visits, on-site bootcamps, and other events, ensuring everything is well presented and ready.
- Communication Tasks: Attend to the company’s general email inbox and phone line, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and redirecting them as needed.
