What to Expect
As an Operations Coordinator for Facilities in the Southern region, you’ll be a key member of our regional facilities team, playing a vital role in ensuring Tesla Centers across Spain operate smoothly and deliver an exceptional experience to employees and customers.
What You'll Do-
Manage daily facility requests (primarily via Fexa) and coordinate with vendors across our Spanish locations.

Support repairs and maintenance activities to keep all sites in optimal condition.

Assist with vendor relations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Support the finance process, from purchase order (PO) creation to invoice approval.

Build strong relationships with front-line teams through regular site visits, providing on-the-ground support and feedback.

Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, helping to minimize disruptions.

Collaborative mindset and experience working successfully in cross-functional teams, collaborating with various departments and external vendors.

Some experience in Facilities Management or a related field is beneficial.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (written and verbal).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.

Ability to influence stakeholders and act as a trusted, respected partner.

Willingness to travel regularly across Spain.
