BAGUETTE is a new French Bakery & Coffee Shop concept opening in Marina Botafoch, Ibiza.
Our ambition is simple: bring the best of French bakery culture to Ibiza through a contemporary, premium and relaxed experience.

Our bread, viennoiseries and pastries are freshly prepared by a French baker with more than 20 years of experience and delivered every morning.
We are now looking for the person who will bring BAGUETTE to life every day.
MORE THAN A SALES POSITION: YOU’LL RUN THE PLACE
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves people, hospitality, sales and great food.
Someone positive, energetic, organised and autonomous.
You’ll become the face of BAGUETTE and have real responsibility for the day-to-day operation and development of the shop.
Your mission isn’t simply to sell.
Your mission is to grow BAGUETTE.
A customer comes in for a baguette?
→ You introduce them to today’s pastries.
They order a croissant?
→ You naturally suggest a great coffee or breakfast combo.
A company, villa or yacht needs breakfast for 20 people?
→ You introduce our breakfast boxes and turn it into a catering order.
You know how to recommend and upsell naturally while always maintaining a premium customer experience.
YOUR ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
- opening and setting up the bakery;
- receiving and checking daily deliveries;
- presenting breads, viennoiseries and pastries beautifully;
- welcoming, advising and building relationships with customers;
- sales and payments;
- preparing and serving coffees and drinks;
- simple preparation of sandwiches and lunch formulas;
- increasing average customer spend through great recommendations;
- developing takeaway sales;
- developing and selling breakfast boxes;
- growing catering sales to companies, offices, villas, yachts and events;
- managing inventory and daily orders;
- analysing sales to optimise future orders;
.- actively reducing waste and unsold products;
- keeping the shop spotless and beautifully presented;
- and actively contributing to the growth of BAGUETTE.
WHEN BAGUETTE PERFORMS, YOU SHOULD BENEFIT TOO
We want our manager to think of BAGUETTE almost as their own business.
That’s why your compensation will include:
FIXED SALARY
€26,000 – €32,000 gross/year, depending on experience and profile.
+ ATTRACTIVE MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS
Our transparent bonus system will reward the real performance of the store, including:
- revenue
- profitability and margin
- average customer spend
- waste management
- catering and B2B development
Indicatively, depending on targets achieved:
Level 1: up to +€300/month
Level 2: up to +€500/month
Level 3: up to +€800/month
Level 4: up to +€1,200/month
Exceptional performance: +€1,500/month or more possible
The exact bonus structure and targets will be clearly defined with the successful candidate.
As BAGUETTE grows, your earnings grow with it.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Personality matters.
You are:
- naturally warm and great with people;
- energetic and proactive;
- commercially minded;
- an excellent communicator;
- comfortable thinking about sales and results;
- autonomous and able to take initiative;
- organised, reliable and detail-oriented;
- passionate about great food, coffee and French bakery culture.
Previous experience in bakery, coffee shops, hospitality, restaurants or premium retail is highly valued.
Previous experience as a manager or assistant manager is a plus.
But we’ll look just as closely at your personality, energy and commercial mindset as your CV.
LANGUAGES
Ibiza is international. BAGUETTE is too.
- Fluent Spanish: essential
- Fluent English: essential
- French: highly desirable
A French / Spanish / English trilingual profile will be particularly valued.
WORKING ORGANISATION
BAGUETTE will operate Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday as the weekly closing day.
The planned opening hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Your schedule will be organised according to your contracted working hours, with additional support from a polyvalent team member to cover rotations, rest periods and peak hours.
