As a Receptionist, you will be at the heart of the Village Management Office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, brands and external partners. Supporting the Office Manager, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality and customer service.
What you will be doing
- Delivering a professional and welcoming reception service for all visitors and stakeholders.
- Managing incoming calls, enquiries and visitor requests efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring common areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Managing post, courier services and visitor records.
- Supporting office administration, including office supplies, petty cash and internal systems.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and transportation for visitors and business stakeholders.
- Supporting and training weekend and temporary reception team members.
- Maintaining accurate databases, records and administrative documentation.
- Collaborating with internal departments and brand partners to support the smooth running of the Village Management Office.
What makes you special
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk professional within a multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience managing suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and the local Village language; additional European languages would be an advantage.
