We're a global technology and services leader that powers the brands of the future. We're looking for an Inside Partner Engineer Trainer to help enable partners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to
successfully leverage our client platform.
As an Inside Partner Engineer Trainer in Barcelona, you'll combine your technical expertise, training skills, and passion for cloud technologies to empower partners and drive business growth.
What you will do in this role
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including presentations, workshops, demos, and hands-on labs.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners understand and adopt solutions and best practices.
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to identify training needs and tailor enablement programs to partner requirements.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve training materials to reflect on the latest products and releases.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment through webinars, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Gather feedback, monitor training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across partner enablement activities.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical training, technical support, cloud technologies, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience creating and delivering technical training content for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Google Cloud Digital Leader certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Associate Cloud Engineer.
- Experience with networking, databases, big data, security, or distributed systems.
- Background in channel management, partner enablement, or pre-sales environments.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and modern software architectures.
- Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary 26.480,38 euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros gross/year in bonus + Restaurant Card
- Central location in Barcelona
