Key responsibilities

Act as the person to go-to for an excellent service to our internal customers

Check and follow-up data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in all systems used.

Provide timely response to stakeholders and establish appropriate working relationships with them.

Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business and operational rules by providing adequate support. • Ensure all communications are managed via used tools or specific escalation channels.

Support Continuous Improvements Projects and Process Documentation updates.

Perform Root Cause Analysis on data quality issues and drive continuous improvement on processes and systems.

1 year Apprentice Contract.
You bring

Degree in business administration or similar background.

Excellent spoken and written English is a must, knowledge of any other language is a plus.

Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word).

Highly motivated to learn, talented and eager to grow professionally.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while respecting tight deadlines.

High service-oriented mind set-up.

Experience with SAP is an advantage
