This role sits at the crossroads of clienteling, Personal Shopping and hospitality, with full accountability for driving the performance of a portfolio of High Value Clients (VIC).
About the role
As a Private Client Manager, you will own and develop a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients, driving qualified visits and sales through proactive engagement and relationship-based clienteling.
You will act as both a commercial driver and experience curator, combining sales mindset with an elevated hospitality approach to deliver truly memorable and bespoke experiences.
What you’ll do
Drive client portfolio performance
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of High Value Clients, ensuring consistent activation, engagement and follow-up
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and structured clienteling activity (calls, messaging, invitations)
- Generate qualified visits by re-engaging existing clients and acquiring new high-potential profiles
- Promote and deliver Personal Shopping services, creating demand and repeat behaviours
- Build long-term loyalty, advocacy and client lifetime value
Deliver exceptional Private Client experiences
- Personally host clients throughout their journey, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience before, during and after each visit
- Create bespoke experiences including private appointments, fashion workshops and exclusive activations
- Elevate client journeys through storytelling, styling expertise and tailored recommendations
- Leverage Concierge services, events and benefits to enhance engagement and satisfaction
Leverage data and CRM for impact
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles, capturing preferences, behaviours and interactions
- Use Salesforce and CRM tools to manage pipeline, follow-ups and performance tracking
- Monitor personal KPIs (appointments, visits, sales) and contribute to overall team targets
About you
- Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality or premium service environments
- Strong commercial mindset, with confidence in proactive client outreach and sales generation
- Passion for fashion, styling and Personal Shopping, with the ability to deliver tailored advice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with high-value clients
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
