At Align Technology, the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications plays a critical role in shaping and executing how the brand connects with dental professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders across EMEA.
This role is responsible for driving strategic, consistent, and high-impact communications across all channels, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with regional business objectives and global marketing priorities.
- Own and manage the communications calendar, ensuring clear prioritization, proper sequencing of initiatives, and alignment across campaigns, stakeholders, and markets.
- Drive omnichannel campaign execution, ensuring cohesive and customer-centric messaging across all channels to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Manage end-to-end communication projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery across channels such as email, social media, and digital platforms.
- Own the implementation and governance of communication processes, working closely with regional teams, global functions, and local markets to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about driving innovation in digital dentistry.
You combine strong strategic thinking with executional excellence, and you are able to translate business priorities into clear, actionable communication plans.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or communications planning.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Working knowledge of HTML for email and digital communications is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
- Proven project management capabilities, with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Consumer, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and other business units.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Additional European languages are a strong advantage.
