We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, Personal Assistant to provide administrative and strategic support to senior management. This person will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of the executive team’s agenda, meetings, and communications, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Organize internal and external meetings, events, and presentations.
Draft, edit, and manage documents, reports, and communications.
Screen and handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines.
Maintain and organize confidential and legal documents.
Serve as a point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
Provide general administrative and logistical support to executive leadership.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Fluent in Spanish. A C1 level of English will be highly valued by the Talent team.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
