We are looking for a Brand Operations Manager to join our Central Brand & Marketing team. You will report into Brand lead within the central Brand & Marketing team.
This role is critical in scaling how our brand comes to life across markets ensuring that strategy, creativity, technology, and governance work seamlessly together.
You will act as the operational owner of the SD Worx brand system, enabling consistent brand execution across channels, markets, products, and customer touchpoints. By combining structured processes, strong governance, modern brand tooling, and AI-driven capabilities, you will help teams create, access, adapt, and activate brand assets at scale without compromising quality or brand integrity.
Working closely with central and local teams, you will translate business needs into scalable frameworks, improve brand adoption, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Brand Governance & Architecture
Act as a custodian of the SD Worx brand architecture, naming conventions, and governance framework.
Brand Tooling & Digital Asset Management
Own and evolve the SD Worx Brand Hub (Frontify) and brand tooling ecosystem.
Manage asset lifecycle, taxonomy, metadata, permissions, and discoverability
AI Enablement & Automation
Drive the responsible adoption of AI within defined brand guardrails.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI across content creation, design adaptation, image generation, video editing, and localization
Creative Enablement & Asset Scaling
Enable teams to create high-quality, on-brand assets faster and more efficiently.
Drive adoption of brand frameworks, tools, and ways of working.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Establish a data-driven approach to brand operations.
Proven experience in Brand Operations, Marketing Operations, Brand Management, or Digital Asset Management
Thinks in systems, automation, scalability, and reuse, not one-off solutions
Strong collaboration between Brand, Creative, GTM Excellence, Product Marketing, and local marketing teams
