We’re looking for a Business Central Specialist to own, develop and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — the ERP/CRM backbone that runs our finance, supply chain, sales and aftersales operations. This is a hands-on hybrid role: you’ll write AL code and build integrations, but you’ll also work directly with process owners across the business to configure, optimise and support the system as Stark scales.
Design, develop and maintain AL extensions, customisations and reports in Business Central.
Build and maintain integrations between Business Central and our other systems (e-commerce, logistics, CRM, BI) using APIs and web services.
Configure and optimise core modules — finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and manufacturing — together with the teams that use them.
Gather requirements from stakeholders across the business and translate them into clean, maintainable solutions.
Manage environments, upgrades and third-party apps, keeping the platform healthy and up to date.
Support and train users, troubleshoot issues, and drive automation of manual processes (Power Platform experience welcome).
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) in a developer and/or functional role.
Solid AL development skills and experience integrating Business Central via APIs and web services.
Strong functional understanding of at least two core areas: finance, supply chain, manufacturing or sales.
Experience with upgrades, environment management and the Power Platform is a plus.
An analytical, service-oriented mindset — you enjoy working directly with business users.
Fluent English; Spanish is a plus. Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Barcelona area, working on-site at our Sant Boi HQ.
The chance to work on a product people are genuinely passionate about
A fast-growing company with real momentum
A creative, international team based in Barcelona
Competitive salary and benefits package
Direct access to riders, race teams, and the product — this is not a remote-from-the-product role
Subsidized lunch in our in house restaurant
Free access to our in-house gym (including weekends!)
30 days of paid vacation
