Tadaweb is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager, Public Sector Spain. This is a high-impact opportunity to accelerate Tadaweb's growth in the Spanish public sector market. You will own the full commercial cycle, from pipeline generation to contract renewal and account expansion while working alongside Spanish institutions to elevate their OSINT and PAI capabilities and help them face an increasingly complex intelligence landscape.
You'll work closely with Tadaweb's OSINT specialists, engineering, and product teams, acting as the bridge between our customers' needs and our platform's evolution. Your impact will be felt across the business : from the C-suite to colleagues across our international markets
Scope of work:
Drive Spain's Public Sector Business Development:
Own and grow Tadaweb's ARR within the Spanish public sector, with full accountability for pipeline generation, contract renewals, and expansion of existing accounts.
Maintain and deepen Tadaweb's existing customer footprint in Spain, ensuring strong retention while actively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop deep expertise in the Tadaweb platform and articulate its value clearly to drive new logo acquisition and account growth.
Contribute to and execute Spain's public sector GTM strategy: growth goals, sub-market priorities, win themes, and stakeholder mapping.
Identify, shape and respond to public tenders and RFPs, positioning Tadaweb competitively throughout the process.
Support Tadaweb's registration onto relevant frameworks and public procurement marketplaces.
Build Tadaweb's Presence in Spain:
Cultivate a high-quality network across government, security agencies, and industry, attending and leading at conferences, institutional events, and sector forums.
Develop partner relationships to accelerate growth and extend reach across the market.
Channel market intelligence back into product and engineering teams to ensure our roadmap reflects the needs of Spanish customers.
Your Profile:
5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience targeting Spanish national security, defence, or public safety institutions (Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado, CNI, Ministerios, or equivalent).
Proven track record executing GTM plans in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and delivering sustained growth.
Strong command of Spanish public sector procurement processes, including public tenders, framework agreements, and direct award mechanisms.
Experience contributing to proposal writing and contract negotiations, with the ability to navigate legal and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English, with confidence engaging at senior and C-suite level.
Eligible to obtain Spanish security clearance.
