Verisure is seeking a talented, passionate, and analytical Talent Strategy Intern to join our growing and successful Group HR Talent & Development Team.

Your role will be key to achieve our Company’s ambition, by supporting our leaders accelerate the growth and development of our people.

Main responsibilities will include:

Lead the PMO efforts that will help ensure all 18 countries upload in a timely manner their training information

Participate in the creation of a global dashboard that will support the monitoring of key Learning-related metrics

Co-lead project aimed at further promoting external eLearning content

Monitor evolution of adoption KPIs and develop insights

Propose new ideas to drive adoption and put together plan to implement them

Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation

Run operational process to ensure learning content is available in the platform

Prepare materials for our quarterly Learning Admin Connect sessions, important meetings with our most relevant stakeholders from all countries

Contribute to designing and developing other global high-impact learning-related projects that might come up throughout the year.

Support our Chief Human Resources, Communications and ESG Officer on other relevant learning activities
The position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.

Top tier education background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (ideally Business Administration, Business Administration + Law, Engineering).
