This is a full-time, year-round position, offering the opportunity to grow with an exciting and evolving hospitality concept beyond the seasonal operation.
Your role
As Reservations Supervisor, you will lead the Reservations team, ensuring a seamless booking experience from the first guest interaction through to arrival. You will oversee daily reservation operations, optimize occupancy and revenue opportunities, and ensure every reservation reflects the personalized service that defines Nômade.
You will work closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What you will do:
Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations department
Lead, coach, and develop the Reservations team
Ensure accurate and efficient management of all reservations across hotel outlets
Monitor room availability, booking trends, and reservation performance
Maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities through effective inventory management
Handle VIP bookings, special requests, and guest inquiries with professionalism
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and F&B teams
Ensure reservation systems and guest profiles are always accurate and up to date
Prepare reports and analyze reservation data to support business decisions
Maintain the highest standards of guest service and reservation procedures
Who we're looking for:
Experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in Reservations
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong leadership and team management skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, service-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as Reservations Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Property Management Systems (PMS)
Experience working with channel managers and OTA platforms is highly desirable
Good understanding of revenue management principles
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
Valid EU work permit
