About the Role
As a Reservations and Ticketing Agent, you will provide professional reservation and ticketing services to customers and travel trade partners. You will support revenue generation, deliver excellent customer service, process ticketing transactions accurately, and ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently through telephone and face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities

Make and confirm reservations and process ticketing transactions accurately for customers and travel agents.

Plan travel itineraries, calculate fares, and provide routing options based on customer requirements.

Assist customers and travel agents with flight availability, seat assignments, upgrades, downgrades, and alternative travel options.

Respond to reservation and ticketing enquiries while delivering high standards of customer service.

Maintain accurate passenger inventory records and support efficient management of available flight capacity.

Promote Qatar Airways products, services, and special offers to support commercial objectives and revenue generation.

Support corporate customers, travel agents, and trade partners through customer engagement activities.

Assist with Al Maha services and Qatar Airways holiday package bookings where required.

Manage cash handling and sales reporting activities in accordance with company procedures.

Comply with operational, safety, security, quality, environmental, and data protection requirements.
