We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support implementation, testing, and data migration activities across SuccessFactors projects. The consultant will work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to help deliver high-quality SuccessFactors solutions.
Responsibilities

Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and WorkForce TimeManagement

Participate in configuration support activities throughout all project phases
-
Conduct testing activities and manage defects to ensure solution quality
-
Perform data migration, data validation, and data quality activities
-
Support post-go-live activities and issue resolution
-
Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions
-
Analyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle management requirements
-
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
-
Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet project goals
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
-
Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects
-
Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management
-
Experience with testing activities and defect management
-
Exposure to data migration, data validation, or data quality activities
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Workforce Time Management (WFT), Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)

Experience with data migration tools and Microsoft Excel
