As Junior Project Engineer: Continuous Improvement, reporting to our Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for Leading Projects in order to ensure that planning, timing and budget targets are achieved. That’ll involve leading international multi-functional international projects. You’ll also be responsible for supporting fault-finding and process improvements, as well as exploring new technologies and process technologies

Planning and driving projects within set timelines.

Coordinating with various functions to ensure project success.

Conducting engineering studies for new processes, identifying areas for improvement.

Validating new processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree or equivalent, strong problem-solving and communication skills (Spanish and English)
Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable. This role is pivotal to our continuous improvement efforts and overall business success.
Salary range for this role: EUR 35.000 - EUR 39.000
