TrustWorks | Valencia/Sao Paulo/ Dublin | Full-time/ Part-time | Hybrid/ Remote
About the Role
Artificial intelligence and use of personal data to drive its development is being embedded into every function of every enterprise — and the vast majority of organisations lack the internal capability to govern it responsibly. This is creating one of the fastest-growing problems in the technology sector.
This is a structured, hands-on program for top graduates who want to launch a career in B2B tech solution selling. You'll join TrustWorks' sales pod in Valencia and work directly alongside our Growth team, learning how pipeline is built from the ground up — from prospect research to outreach execution.
What You'll Work On
Prospect List Building — Build targeted lists by vertical, geography, and persona using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other approved tools — delivered segmented and ready for sequencing.
CRM Data Quality — Audit and enrich HubSpot records: deduplication, missing fields, outdated titles, and ICP classification accuracy.
LinkedIn Outreach — Execute structured outreach sequences on behalf of the BDR team, personalising within approved playbooks and logging all activity in HubSpot.
RFP Applications — Build responses to RFPs.
Business Case — Develop business case materials for prospects — ROI framing, compliance risk exposure, and competitive positioning.
Tender Applications — Coordinate the administrative assembly of tender submissions, working from Account Executive-provided commercial and technical content rather than originating it.
Community Facilitator — Ensure engagement in TrustWorks' external communities (LinkedIn groups, IAPP-adjacent forums, customer/partner Slack where applicable): monitor for relevant conversations, surface engagement opportunities.
Build AI Operations — Develop and maintain TrustWorks' Claude projects: maintaining up-to-date context, ensuring sales and GTM knowledge base provide the required context for AI queries. What We're Looking For
