Avida Estate is a boutique luxury real estate brand redefining how Marbella's finest homes are presented. We don't simply market properties, we curate lifestyles, tell meaningful stories and connect discerning buyers with exceptional homes. As our brand continues to grow, we're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll help bring the Avida brand to life through photography, videography and engaging social media content. This is a hands-on, creative role where no two days are the same from filming luxury villas and photographing stunning interiors to editing Reels, scheduling content and engaging with our online community.

What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with the creation of photo and video content for luxury properties, lifestyle campaigns and brand marketing.
* Operating professional camera equipment and filming independently when required.
* Capturing high-quality photography for social media, marketing materials and property listings.
* Editing engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
* Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
* Helping manage our content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
* Writing captions and adapting content for different social media platforms.
* Monitoring comments, messages and community engagement across our social channels.
* Researching trends, generating new content ideas and contributing creatively to marketing campaigns.
* Organising media files and supporting wider marketing initiatives.
* Travelling to property shoots and filming locations across Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
Must have
* A strong eye for photography, videography and visual storytelling.
* Experience editing video using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software.
* Proficiency in Canva, with the ability to create high-quality social media graphics, marketing materials and presentations.
* A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and current social media trends.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence working independently while also collaborating as part of a creative team.
* A full, valid driving licence.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
Bonus Points If You Have
* Additional languages such as Spanish and Swedish a plus.
* Experience working in real estate, luxury brands, hospitality or lifestyle marketing.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
