Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed plans (timeline, budget, risks).
Manage resources (team, budget, equipment) and ensure efficient allocation.
Lead and motivate the project team, assign tasks and ensuring accountability.
Coordinate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication across IT and business.
Monitor project performance, costs, risks, dependencies and apply corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with IT standards (security, architecture, operations) and HT regulation (GDPR).
Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), ensuring alignment with HR processes and user needs.
- Prepare project status updates, reports at different levels, and final project closure documentation.
Adhere to the Global Template business processes and address deviations to Global Process Owners for approval before finalizing the solution.
Ensure structured handover to operations (Service Owner / Service Manager), including documentation and SLAs.
Proven delivery of HR IT projects such as:
o Core HRIS / HCM implementations (SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)
o Payroll system implementations or transformations
o Talent management (recruitment, performance, learning)
o Time & attendance / workforce management systems
o Employee self-service and digital workplace HR solutions
Strong understanding of HR processes:
o Hire-to-retire lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, payroll, offboarding)
o Organizational management, personnel administration, compensation & benefits
Experience integrating HR systems with:
o ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
o Identity & access management systems
o Finance and time tracking systems
o Payroll and recruitment platforms
Experience managing vendors and system integrators in SaaS HR implementations.
Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, labor laws).
Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (ServiceNow or similar).
Experience with data migration, master data governance, and reporting/analytics (HR dashboards, KPIs).
Used to governance models, operational readiness validation, and SLA/KPI management.
Strong stakeholder management: HR leadership, HRBPs, IT teams, data privacy officers, external vendors.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects with direct impact on HR systems and processes.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR information systems or related field.
Solid understanding of HR systems architectures and HR operational processes.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to bridge HR business needs with IT technical solutions.
Strong analytical skills with attention to data quality, reporting, and compliance.
