About the role
We're looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join our ServiceNow Business Group. You will provide technical leadership and design end-to-end ITOM solutions — covering Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management — working closely with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.

What you'll bring
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations
CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITOM, or CIS-Event Management (at least one required)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
MID Server configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds and Dynatrace
API integration experience using REST, SOAP, and JSON
Knowledge of IT infrastructure: networking, servers, and cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Strong communication, facilitation, and thought leadership skills
Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English (B2 or above) — required for client-facing meetings, calls, and workshops
What you'll do
Provide technical leadership and guidance across ServiceNow ITOM implementations
Design elegant, scalable solutions that improve how stakeholders and organizations work
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize MID Server performance across complex environments
Lead integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring and observability tools
Design and implement API integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON
Provide input on IT infrastructure architecture including networking, servers, and cloud environments
Present technical architecture solutions clearly to project teams and client stakeholders
Lead and mentor junior team members throughout the delivery lifecycle
Collaborate with the team on creative and effective design solutions
Review project documentation to ensure quality and compliance
Interact and consult directly with clients on technical and architectural matters
Lead project design and documentation from start to finish
Compile requirements and define ServiceNow-based solutions for customers
Collaborate with SMEs, solution architects, and technical architects to define technical direction
Act as a recognized Architect or Design Authority, providing input on ServiceNow design
Support implementation programmes for complex, enterprise-scale solutions
Establish and enforce design standards and best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimates, and statements of work
