Role Description: Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoice processing and expense report accounting within the Finance Department.
- Coordinate approvals with the relevant stakeholders involved in the invoicing processes of the Group’s entities.
- Monitor outstanding tasks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Record accounting transactions and ensure the accurate classification and registration of financial information.
- Support the preparation, review, and execution of payment processes.
- Maintain full traceability and control of all managed financial operations.
- Identify potential issues and propose effective solutions in a timely and structured manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department’s administrative and financial processes.
Candidate’s Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in administration, billing, accounting, or finance-related roles.
- Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work comfortably with financial records, data, and processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial management tools.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Highly organized, methodical, and detail oriented.
- Strong interest in and commitment to day-to-day administrative and financial operations.
- Excellent ability to track outstanding tasks, maintain control of workflows, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive resolutions.
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate moderately complex financial processes.
- Strong communication and internal coordination skills.
- Demonstrates responsibility, discretion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
