MISSIONS:
You will be in charge of the fund management of real estate institutional funds :
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize real estate fund performance,
- Contribute to real assets valuation campaigns, validate impactful operations, review accounting and control fund valuations,
- Contribute to structuring, financing, investments and coordinate financial engineering,
- Represent the fund in front of investors, contribute to periodic reporting for investors, regulatory and statutory reports as well as internal reports for the senior management,
- Monitor the environmental and social policy of the managed funds,
- Appointment and management of external providers, prepare funds' board packs,
- Improve process and tools, ensure data remains up to date.
PROFILE:
- Successful 7/10 years of experience in Real Estate with knowledge in Financing / structuring
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast-growing environment,
- Team player with ability to inspire his/her team,
- Analytical skills and strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Spanish & English / second European language advantage especially French
