Summary – Basic Function of the Role
We are seeking an Internal Account Manager – Channel & Distribution Support to join our commercial team based in Madrid.
This role plays a key part in supporting Enerpac's channel and distribution sales strategy by managing assigned generalist accounts, driving distributor engagement, coordinating lead management activities through Salesforce, and supporting commercial growth initiatives across the region.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between distributors, Account Managers, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Vertical Market teams. The position requires a highly organized and commercially minded individual who can build strong relationships, ensure process compliance, drive lead conversion, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and develop assigned generalist accounts, ensuring consistent account coverage and strong customer relationships that support revenue growth and commercial objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, prospective customers, and peripheral accounts, providing support on products, pricing, promotions, commercial programs, and training initiatives.

Create and execute account plans, maintain opportunities and customer activities in Salesforce, and participate in regular sales reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management discussions.

Coordinate and administer website-generated sales leads through Salesforce and distributor portals, ensuring timely lead assignment, follow-up, and adherence to established service-level agreements.

Monitor distributor engagement and lead conversion performance, conducting regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize sales effectiveness.

Support the planning, communication, implementation, and tracking of channel partner promotions and commercial initiatives, working closely with Account Managers and Marketing teams.

Assist in the administration of the Enerpac Distributor Program, ensuring distributor compliance with commercial requirements, incentive programs, vertical market initiatives, and payment performance expectations.

Support business development activities by conducting initial outreach to target customers, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating follow-up actions with sales teams.

Provide commercial and operational support through quotation preparation, reporting, sales administration, distributor training initiatives, forecasting activities, and annual budget planning.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, channel performance, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

2–5 years of experience in internal sales, account management, channel management, customer service, sales support, or commercial operations.

Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment would be advantageous.

Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is highly desirable.

Professional proficiency in Spanish, French and English is required.
