The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
We are seeking a visionary, high-agency Head of GTM (Go-To-Market), Prime Partnerships to lead the commercialization, launch, and scaling of our most elite strategic alliances within the Financial Services (FS) vertical. Based in our Barcelona hub, you won’t just follow a playbook—you will write it. You will own the strategy for how we package, launch, and monetize our ecosystem with major banks, fintechs, and institutional FS players.
In this role, you are fully accountable for your targets and are expected to deliver exceptional, measurable results in Year 1 (Y1). You will sit at the intersection of Business Development, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, transforming high-level corporate alliances into structured, revenue-generating market engines. If you are an intensely resourceful strategist who thrives on absolute ownership, understands the nuances of the financial sector, and knows how to navigate Tier 1 institutional partnerships, this role is for you.
- Own the FS GTM Strategy & Y1 Deliverables: Define and execute the end-to-end commercialization roadmap for all Prime Partner initiatives within the Financial Services vertical, taking full personal accountability for hitting aggressive Year 1 revenue and pipeline targets.
- Customer Success Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success teams post-launch to ensure seamless onboarding, deep product adoption, and continuous value realization, ensuring the partnership’s long-term commercial objectives are fully realized.
- Value Proposition & Messaging: Co-create compelling joint-value propositions with elite financial institutions. Translate complex technical integrations, security protocols, and compliance frameworks into clear, high-impact market positioning.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central connective tissue between Product (to align roadmaps for FS needs), Marketing (for co-marketing campaigns), and Sales (for field enablement and co-selling with FS partners).
- Partner Enablement: Build and scale the playbooks, training modules, and sales collateral required to empower both internal sales teams and external partner ecosystems to win in the FS space.
- Performance & Revenue Tracking: Define, track, and optimize core KPIs, including partner-sourced/influenced pipeline, joint customer acquisition costs (CAC), and ecosystem retention.

- High Agency & Extreme Ownership: You don’t wait for a map; you draw it. You operate with an execution-first mindset, take full accountability for your KPIs, and refuse to let complex corporate red tape or tight timelines derail your Y1 objectives.
- Financial Services Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, Partner Marketing, or Strategic Alliances specifically within high-growth FinTech, PayTech, or Enterprise Software serving the FS industry.
- French Market Track Record: Direct, proven experience delivering and scaling partnerships with Tier 1 Financial Services partners in France. You understand the unique cultural, commercial, and regulatory landscape of the French financial sector.
- Influence & Leadership: Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a knack for driving alignment across disparate internal teams (Sales, CS, Product) and conservative institutional partners without direct authority.
- Communication Elite: World-class communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—comfortable pitching and navigating complex deals with C-suite executives at global financial institutions.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (with flexibility for travel as required to meet partners).
