McCann Spain is looking for a Social Media Producer to join our team.

As a Social Media Producer, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the production of content for social media channels, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external production partners, overseeing projects from briefing through to final delivery. You'll be comfortable managing multiple productions simultaneously while anticipating challenges and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Proven experience producing content for social media or digital marketing projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate productions from concept to delivery.
- Experience managing production budgets, suppliers, freelancers, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with creative teams, clients, and production collaborators.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate production needs.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, digital content formats, and production workflows.
- Strategic thinking and a strong understanding of content production processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
