We're looking for a Senior AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team in Spain in a remote working mode. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing AWS cloud infrastructure, automating delivery pipelines and enabling seamless deployments of business-critical applications across global markets. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure secure, scalable and high-performing cloud environments, while promoting Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD best practices.

Responsibilities

Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications, driving automation across workflows
- Architect and migrate workloads to AWS, ensuring security, cost optimization and performance
- Build and maintain AWS environments for high availability, scalability and compliance
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Provide guidance to development teams on IaC and CI/CD processes
- Set up cloud monitoring frameworks, optimizing infrastructure for performance and cost
- Oversee the full release lifecycle, ensuring smooth deployments and continuous delivery
- Apply cloud security best practices including IAM controls, encryption and compliance measures
- Automate recurring operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash or Shell
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance DevOps workflows
Requirements

5+ years of experience managing AWS-based production environments
- Strong practical knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS, VPC, IAM
- Expertise in AWS networking components: VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect, Load Balancer, API Gateway, Security Groups
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration in AWS
- Proficiency with monitoring solutions like CloudWatch, DataDog or Prometheus
- Skilled in Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for Infrastructure-as-Code automation
- Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline
- Understanding of cloud cost management and optimization strategies
- Knowledge of security compliance standards, access control and encryption
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash or Shell for automating operations
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration experience with cross-functional teams
- English proficiency (B2 or above)
