We're looking for a Senior IDMC Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and IDMC. What you'll bring
Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC suite, including CDI and CAI (Cloud Application Integration)
Strong background in ETL/ELT concepts, data modelling, and building data pipelines and transformation logic
Experience integrating IDMC with cloud platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, and other data warehouses
Knowledge of deploying and managing Secure Agents
Experience with metadata ingestion, data lineage, and classification
Strong SQL skills and experience with multiple database technologies (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange and automation
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices for data workflows and version control (Git, Jenkins)
Basic scripting in Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation tasks
Experience with cloud storage services (S3, ADLS, GCS)
Background in banking or financial services — a plus
Interest or exposure to data architecture concepts — a plus, not a requirement
Fluent English and professional working proficiency in Spanish (B2 or above) — required for client-facing meetings, calls, and workshops
What you'll do
Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical data integration solutions
Design, develop, and implement data integration workflows using Informatica IDMC
Build and maintain mappings, tasks, and pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery
Re-engineer legacy ETL processes for cloud-native execution
Automate data flows, task scheduling, and workflows within the platform
Implement data cataloguing and metadata management for improved data discovery
Monitor and optimize data pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement tuning strategies
Implement data quality rules, profiling, and cleansing using IDMC capabilities
Conduct data reconciliation between Teradata and Snowflake post-migration
Implement validation frameworks to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout
Collaborate with data architects on solution design and platform decisions
Work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
Provide production support for IDMC jobs and resolve issues in a timely manner
