We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate architect / building engineer to join our team. As an architect / building engineer, you will report directly to the construction management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
- Collaborate in the design and development of rehabilitation and maintenance projects.
Support in the preparation of plans and technical documentation.
Participate in the supervision and coordination of works.
Carry out visits to the facilities to evaluate the state of the infrastructure.
Assist in the preparation of project reports and internal presentations
Contribute with innovative ideas to improve sustainable processes and practices.
Coordinate with teams of engineers, contractors and other professionals in the sector.

Student or recent graduate in Architecture or related field.
Professional knowledge of AutoCAD, 3dStudio, Photoshop, Presto and other architectural design tools.
Communication skills and ability to work as a team.
Interest in the hospitality sector.
Pro activity and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM or 2 PM to 6PM.
