Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in Project Management, Contract Management, or Commercial Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience participating in the structuring of technical and commercial proposals within industrial, energy, construction, or engineering sectors.
- Direct participation in the analysis of technical specifications and bidding documents. Development of conceptual or basic engineering for proposals. Preparation of detailed budgets. Evaluation of quotations from strategic suppliers.
- Experience in bidding processes.
- Participation in internal proposal review stages (Bid Review or technical committees).
- Technical coordination with engineering, procurement, and finance departments.
- Management and documentation of risks associated with proposals.
- English level B2+.
