What you can expect
Preparation of dishes in the à la carte section
Shared responsibility for organization, proper storage of various foodstuffs, and material consumption
Implementation of kitchen quality standards
Compliance with all hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines
What you bring along
Completed vocational training as a Chef / Cook
Professional experience in a similar position
Team-oriented, independent, and clean working style
Creativity in handling ingredients and developing new recipe ideas
Good knowledge of Spanish (additional languages are an advantage)
