Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining the bar area in pristine condition.
As Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Crafting and serving high-quality cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, wines, spirits, and beers, garnishing them to standard and recommending drinks when appropriate.
Ensuring bar mise en place is prepared for efficient service, maintaining all ingredients, bottles, and equipment in order and checking inventory daily.
Delivering personalized, friendly service, observing guest needs, creating WOW moments, and ensuring satisfaction from arrival to departure in line with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs) and MOHG standards.
