We're looking for a Junior Process Engineer to help us build world-class manufacturing processes from the ground up. You'll design fixtures and tooling, develop assembly workflows, and work side-by-side with our design and operations teams to make sure every Stark motorcycle is built to the highest standard - fast, precise, and right first time.
Design fixtures, jigs, and tooling for machining and assembly processes, with a focus on manufacturability, ergonomics, and precision
Lead and coordinate supplier projects for the development of assembly benches and workstations
Develop process flows and draft work instructions for manufacturing and assembly operations
Manage procurement activities and coordinate with external suppliers for tooling and equipment
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in close collaboration with design engineering and operations
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
1–3 years of experience in process engineering, with hands-on involvement in mechanical, machining, or assembly environments
CAD modelling capability — PTC Creo preferred, but SolidWorks, CATIA, or Fusion 360 also work
Experience designing or specifying fixtures, jigs, or tooling
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and assembly documentation
Strong communicator, comfortable coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Spanish required, English is a plus
Bonus: background in automotive, motorsport, or cycling; experience with Lean/5S; familiarity with ERP or PLM systems; PFMEA knowledge; or participation in Formula SAE / MotoStudent
