As a Journey Designer, you will create highly personalized and meaningful guest experiences before, during, and after each stay. You will anticipate guest needs, curate tailored journeys, and serve as a trusted guide to both the Nômade universe and the authentic spirit of Ibiza. Through emotional intelligence, creativity, and genuine hospitality, you will design unforgettable experiences that reflect each guest's intentions while embodying the Nômade philosophy.
Beyond designing experiences, you will be an active host within the property, bringing our daily wellness programming, immersive journeys, community gatherings, and special activations to life while ensuring every guest feels welcomed, connected, and cared for.
Conduct personalized conversations to understand each guest's intentions, interests, lifestyle, emotional needs, and travel motivations.
Design and curate bespoke itineraries integrating wellbeing, gastronomy, nature, culture, music, rituals, adventure, and local experiences.
Recommend and coordinate wellness sessions, immersive journeys, outdoor adventures, cultural experiences, beach escapes, and island discoveries tailored to each guest.
Maintain warm, attentive, and consistent communication with guests before, during, and after their stay.
Introduce guests to the Nômade community, daily programming, facilitators, and signature experiences, fostering meaningful human connections.
Welcome, host, and facilitate a seamless guest experience during wellness classes, ceremonies, workshops, immersive journeys, retreats, cultural events, and community gatherings.
Prepare, set up, and maintain wellness spaces, ritual areas, and programming venues, ensuring they are beautifully presented, fully equipped, and aligned with Nômade's service, operational, and aesthetic standards.
Support the execution of special programming activations, retreats, seasonal events, brand collaborations, private experiences, and community gatherings, ensuring flawless execution from setup to completion.
Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, Guest Relations, Wellness, Food & Beverage, Programming, Housekeeping, and other operational teams to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure every interaction and recommendation reflects Nômade's philosophy, storytelling, service standards, and brand identity.
A genuine host with a deep appreciation for hospitality, wellbeing, culture, and meaningful human connection.
Deep knowledge of Ibiza, including its beaches, nature, wellness scene, gastronomy, culture, music, hidden gems, and local community.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, guest experience, travel design, lifestyle hospitality, events, or wellbeing is highly valued.
Experience hosting events, wellness programming, retreats, or community experiences is highly desirable.
Excellent knowledge of Ibiza's hospitality, wellness, gastronomy, cultural, and lifestyle landscape.
