Job Description
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR & Administration department. The role focuses on employee data management, reporting, documentation, presentation preparation, coordination, and daily administrative support. The ideal service is delivered by candidates that are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
o Maintain and update employee databases, organizational charts, HR system, trackers, and HR records.
o Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, statistics, and data analysis using Excel.
o Collect, verify, consolidate, and maintain employee-related information and documentation.
o Create and update PowerPoint presentations, reports, meeting materials, and internal documents.
o Support onboarding administration and employee information management.
o Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
o Coordinate meetings, training sessions, employee activities, and internal communications.
o Follow up on action items, deadlines, and project deliverables.
o Support HR projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
o Assist with preparing reports, dashboards, summaries, and management presentations.
o Provide daily administrative support to the HR Director and HR team.
Qualifications
o Previous experience in HR administration, support.
o Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data.
o Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare professional presentations.
o Working proficiency in English.
o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
