Job Description:
Act Second LLC is a creative studio for a new generation of brand builders, focusing on creativity rooted in strategy. We listen to consumers at every touchpoint and identify the emotions behind actions. By working closely with our clients, we ensure their brand supports actual business goals. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Graphic Designer with a discerning eye and elevated aesthetic who can visually bring brands to life across print and digital media mediums.

Responsibilities:

Lead the production of design drafts and mock-ups, engaging in collaborative design solutions to complex problems.

Work closely with creative support specialists, creative project managers, and the director of design to develop consistent, engaging, and timely deliverables for various platforms including marketing emails, social content, presentations, and web layouts. + Branding Projects.

Adhere to style standards based on client style guides and/or branding.

Participate in agency team meetings, professional development check-ins, design team meetings, and other internal meetings as needed.

Maintain a high level of organization for print and digital files and materials.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 6 years of brand or agency design experience, and brand strategy.

Experience leading branding projects from initial research through concepting, presentation, and final delivery.

Proven experience producing and delivering performance marketing assets, including email campaigns and static digital ads, with understanding of platform specs and production requirements.

Online portfolio and samples of work must be provided.

Native/Fluent in English.

Able to work EST business hours.

Comfortable in a Mac-based environment.

Advanced proficiency in Figma required, including hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable design systems. Candidates will be tested on this during the hiring process.

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote required.

Understanding of branding, typography, and social media.
